Remember back when Miley Cyrus got her very first tattoo
and everyone made a huge deal about it? Well, since then the
20-year-old has gotten engaged (and maybe called off her wedding),
shaved her head, and sat down for 15 more tattoos. And, she just added a
heart to her body ink collection this week, thanks to Kat Von D, but it's not one of those cartoonish ones you draw in second grade.
Instead, it's a rendering of an actual human heart. Ms. Von D shared the news on Twitter, along with a picture: "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart! ❤."

The new ink is on her right forearm, just below her Roman numeral tat. On the inside of her other arm is a quote from former president Theodore Roosevelt.
By the way, this is the second time Von D has inked Cyrus this year. The celebrity tattoo artist also created the crossed arrows on the back of the singer's right elbow.
