Men Advised Not To Wear Tight Jeans

Men Advised Not To Wear Tight Jeans
There might be an urge amongst men of today to follow the ongoing trend of wearing tight-skin fitted jeans, but least have an idea that this fashion is actually putting them in trouble.

Medical experts as well as UK TV star Dr. Hilary Jones have warned that these jeans are hurting the most sensitive and important part of male, which also can ultimately make them infertile. They have cautioned that the jeans have a direct effect on testicles, which thus causes major testicular problems, including twist in testicles, weakness in bladder and also infection in the urinary tract.

Medical science cautions that twisted testicles is a major problem, which happens when spermatic cord does not have a free movement, thus causing astress in testicles, which ultimately cuts off supply of blood. The condition needs to be operated immediately; else the testicle might get infected.

Nevertheless, wearing tight clothes have been directly linked to decline in sperm count and also fungal infections.

Dr. Jones have been reported to be collaborating with TENA, a maker of hygienic products for people withincontinence, on a specific project which aims at addressing people of risks they may have to face due to wearing of tight clothes.

10 reasons for you to SMILE every morning

10 reasons for you to SMILE every morning
By: May Rostom
We all get busy and tangle ourselves in our miseries; forgetting everything we should be thankful for and everything God gave us. We look at the dark side of the sun and fail to see the bright light shining in our eyes! When the world turns off the light on you, read this and feel it glow again.

1. Be thankful for having eyes to read this; for some people in this world are not as healthy as you are!

2. Smile because you were one of the few people, who had the chance to learn something; who had the chance to go to school and make a good life for themselves.

3. Be happy for waking up this morning and getting another chance to get things right.

4. Embrace those who love you; there’s someone out there that thinks about you every day.

5. Look up every morning and thank God for giving you a roof over your head. Some people drown in rain every day.

6. Smile for being able to remember all the good and happy moments; smile for having joyous moments that outnumber your sorrows.

7. Thank God for clean water, healthy food, and peace in your country, because no matter how bad it is where you live, there’s someone out there that has it a hundred times worse.

8. Electricity, because we can’t live without that for even 15 minutes.

9. Appreciate the fact that you are FREE to do whatever you want to do, nothing can hold you down, people fought for your freedom, and the world is just a playground.

10. Smile because after every tear you cry, every pain you experience, and with every heart beat, God is working on a better plan for you anyway!

7 steps to beautiful skin

7 steps to beautiful skin
Even ‘normal’ skin requires a basic care routine.
Just like any other skin type, normal skin should be washed, cleansed and moisturised daily in order to prevent dry skin and stave off wrinkles and early signs of aging.

Here are a few top tips to keep your skin at its best:
Do wash your face twice a day; once in the morning and again before you go to bed.

Do always take off your makeup before you go to bed.

Do take your vitamins and eat healthy food.

Do use a peel off mask weekly to gently peel away dead skin.

Do use a light moisturiser for normal skin.

Do exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal a fresh layer of skin.

Do use a mild cleanser that will not strip the skin of its natural oils.

Is it ever a good idea to have a secret relationship?

Is it ever a good idea to have a secret relationship?

Provided By: Jawhara Arabia

If you have recently started dating someone in secret or have been in a hushed up relationship for some time it may be prudent to ask yourself how healthy the partnership is and if it really holds long-lasting happiness for you.

1. Don’t get caught up in the excitement
Initially, it may all seem like a naughty fantasy; one that sees you acting outside of your normal ‘relationship behaviour’. But the first flushes of excitement may not last as long as you hope for and when reality bites it could have a nasty nip. Ask yourself if this person is really worth the heartbreak that could be waiting just around the corner.

2. Be honest
Ask yourself and your secret love if you are really being true to your feelings. Are you embarking on this rollercoaster romance just because it is forbidden or do you both truly feel that you could be destined for great things as a couple? Consider the possibility that this relationship could be very short lived and it is likely to be you that ends up hurt.

3. Strike a balance
Weigh up your options. Do you really need to be lying to your friends and family about your relationship or is just that you are underestimating their capacity to understand how you feel about this man in your life? In most cases, our family and friends want us to be happy. If they can provide valid reasons why this relationship won’t work, then it is worth listening to them. Sure, the final decision must be yours but a little guidance along the way could offer great comfort when you are in two minds.

4. Family feuds
Secrecy breeds contempt. When family and friends find out they have been deceived it could result in a fractious situation becoming even worse. This will affect everyone, not just you and your secret partner. Be prepared for your loved ones to be upset when the secret outs and bear in mind that they may need time to come to terms with your decision. Respect their views and take a step back from the situation for a while or until they approach you with their views and opinions.

5. Be respectful
Time is a great healer and when your family and friends let you know their thoughts on your relationship take the time to respect their views. They may not be exactly the same as yours and could even be the exact opposite of what you wanted to hear, but if the relationship with your partner and your family is strong enough then it will survive the difficult times. Bear in mind that just because someone sees things differently to you, does not always mean they are wrong.

Things to do Before Marriage

Things to do Before Marriage

Live your life, as an individual and as a couple, to the fullest, before getting married
You are tying the knot. Soon you'll become 'we' from 'I' and your priorities will change. There are things like 'get to know each other's family and friends and each other as well as possible', for which you need to have a long courtship period. But there are certain things that you should do before you get married, along and together.

Five things to do alone:

Travel apart and see the world from your point of view.
Live on your own, be independent and learn things the 'real' way. See how you handle a particular situation
Make your own friends and have your own group.
Decide what you want from your life.
Have your own savings. Get the career of your dreams

Five things to do together:

Gorge on calories, guzzle down pitchers, party with his/her friends, get up and dance at 3 am, read, travel. Try to understand what all things you like doing together and individually. You'll get to know many things.
Keep some things that are just for you too.
Get yourself in shape. Enroll into a gym, fitness/dance class and go there together.
Decide whether you both want to open a joint account and what that account will be used for.
If you are adventurous, go hiking, skiing, scooba diving etc. Or do things that the other partner likes doing. This way you'll understand each other better.

Get naughty before getting knotty:
Try speed dating or go for a blind date. You deserve to know your options!
Go on a bachelor weekend. Girls go for a girl's night out. Explore your wild side. Shed your inhibitions. You don't know if you'll get such a chance after marriage.
Travel to a foreign country just with your friends

LA sounds like a good option too. Why not explore it?
Ever tried making out in the open or in a car or on the mountain top? Go for it!
