There are those who want to dress like the Duchess, and those who just want her nose.
According to a New York plastic surgeon, clients will pay up to $7,000 for Kate Middleton-inspired nose job. For real.
Last year, British women flooded doctors’ offices
hoping for Kate’s profile, and now it's happening in America. The
Duchess of Cambridge’s nose is one of the most requested rhinoplasty
procedures in New York City.
Stephen Greenblatt, a New York based plastic surgeon, has 20 patients scheduled for a Middleton makeover next month—at $7,000 bucks a pop.
Dr. Greenblatt’s receptionist tells the Daily News that Kate’s nose is a popular request because “it's just this cute, little perky nose. It's not too big. It's not too small. It will pretty much suit any type of face."

There’s also the royal association that comes with Kate’s nose. Dr.
Thomas Romo of Manhattan’s Lennox Hill hospital claims that Kate’s nose
is popular amongst women 28 or older who are looking for a “regal,
refined and strong,” profile.
The obsession with Kate's nose is not the first royal body part that
people have fetishized. After the royal wedding, American women were
eager to get Kate's sister Pippa's butt, which has been described as
"the perfect bum," via plastic surgery or exercise.
“When I saw Kate’s nose, I just knew it was the
perfect nose for me. Other celebrities had parts of their noses that I
wanted, but Kate’s nose had it all. The bridge swoops. The tip doesn’t
fall when she smiles. And it’s feminine,” Jessica Blaier, a pre-med NYU
student told the Daily News.
Kate’s nose joins the ranks of celebrities Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Britney Spears, Rachel McAdams, Ashlee Simpson, Ivanka Trump, Nicole Kidman, and Jennifer Aniston, who were voted the most popular celebrity noses for nose jobs in 2011.
Dr. Romo, who charges $10,000 to $12,000 for the procedure, said that Middleton had unseated Jennifer Aniston as the most requested nose in his office.
According to Plasticsurgery.org, 14.6 million procedures were performed in the U.S. in 2012, with nose jobs coming in second to breast augmentation, and minimally invasive procedures like Botox growing in popularity by 5 percent.
Between her nuptials to William in 2011 and the excitement over the royal baby due in July, the Duchess has become a figure of intense fascination—but it's obvious that the obsession has reached a new level when hundreds of women are carrying a photo of her to the plastic surgeon.
