7 steps to beautiful skin
Even ‘normal’ skin requires a basic care routine.
Just like any other skin type, normal skin should be washed, cleansed and moisturised daily in order to prevent dry skin and stave off wrinkles and early signs of aging.


Here are a few top tips to keep your skin at its best:
Do wash your face twice a day; once in the morning and again before you go to bed.

Do always take off your makeup before you go to bed.

Do take your vitamins and eat healthy food.

Do use a peel off mask weekly to gently peel away dead skin.

Do use a light moisturiser for normal skin.

Do exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal a fresh layer of skin.

Do use a mild cleanser that will not strip the skin of its natural oils.
